We are confident that you will enjoy our products. However, should you feel that it is necessary to return an item these instructions will guide you through the process. Please pack your return and ship it using Post or Courrier. We’ll notify you by e-mail when we’ve processed your return. You will be refunded in the same manner that the order was paid.
You may return any item to us within 30 days, for any reason, for a full refund. We’ll even refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We will refund the return shipment at the same cost as the original shipment.
How to do a Return
To return an item, e-mail us at email@example.com. In the e-mail include the packing slip # and the item you wish to return. You may also include a brief explanation of the reason for returning the item but you are not required to do so. The return mailing label will be e-mail to you.
Each return mailing label is specially coded for a specific return. Please do not include other items in the return or you will not be properly refunded for them.
If the return is a result of our error, for example, you received the wrong or a defective item, we’ll pay the return shipping cost. You may request to have the item replaced or you may request a full refund.
If the return is not the result of our error, the return shipping cost will not be refunded.
Returning a Gift
Gifts are confidential. Both the giver and the receiver of the gift may return it. The gift giver will receive a refund. The gift receiver will receive a gift card by e-mail for the amount of the gift, excluding shipping costs, once the return is processed.
